SmartFiQ connects to enterprise-tier Large Language Model (LLM) providers under strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) and Non-Training Service Level Agreements:

Your proprietary business records, client chat logs, and vector database embeddings are NEVER submitted to public LLM datasets for model retraining. Your data remains strictly isolated to your tenant sandbox.

- Right to Access: You may request a complete export of your stored leads, chat logs, or analytics history at any time.
- Right to Erasure (Forget Me): Upon request, all data associated with your organization will be permanently deleted from our primary servers and backups within 30 days.
- Data Encryption: All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 AES-256 encryption, and data at rest is encrypted using FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic keys.
